ABASCO ATS-10 Single-Bank Tri-Skimmer

The ABASCO ATS-40 Oil Skimmer is a versatile, high-capacity recovery system engineered for efficient oil spill response in harbors, ports, marinas, and coastal waters. Designed to perform in a wide range of operating conditions, the ATS-40 features interchangeable dual recovery banks with brush, disc, or drum modules, allowing operators to effectively recover everything from light refined fuels to heavy crude oils.

Utilizing proven oleophilic technology, the rotating recovery banks selectively attract oil while repelling water, maximizing recovery efficiency, and reducing recovered water content. Precision scraper blades continuously remove the collected oil, which is then transferred to a storage tank through a 3-inch or 4-inch discharge hose using a high-performance transfer pump.

For maximum operational flexibility, the transfer pump can be mounted directly on the skimmer or positioned on a vessel or shoreline. The ATS-40 is available with multiple power options, including a dual-circuit diesel-hydraulic power pack, independent hydraulic systems, connection to a vessel’s existing hydraulic system through a dedicated control panel, or pneumatic operation using a compressed air package.

ABASCO ATS-25 Single-Bank Tri-Skimmer

The ATS-25 rotary tri-skimmer features interchangeable brush, disk, and drum oil-recovery banks to handle the full range of oil types and viscosities. It is compact, lightweight, and easy to deploy and offers excellent recovery rates.

The skimmer and pump can both be hydraulically powered and controlled by a dual-circuit diesel/hydraulic power pack or by separate power systems. The skimming system can also be operated pneumatically using compressed air packages.

ABASCO ATS-40 Dual-Bank Skimmer

The ABASCO ATS-40 Skimmer is designed for use in harbors and coastal regions. Interchangeable dual recovery banks with brush-, disk- or drum-type banks to recover light to heavy oils. Oil is collected by the rotating oleophilic recovery banks and is removed for collection by scraper blades. A transfer pump, mounted to the skimmer or placed on the shore or vessel, transfers the oil into a collection tank via a 3-in or 4-in hose. The skimmer and pump can both be hydraulically powered and controlled by a dual-circuit diesel/hydraulic power pack or by separate power systems. The skimmer can also be operated by a hydraulic control panel connected to the ship’s hydraulic system. The skimming system can also be operated pneumatically using compressed air packages.

ABSCO ACP-2 & ACP-3 Submersible Utility Pumps

These are portable and versatile all purpose utility pumps. The two channel impeller handles solids and offers excellent overall performance. This pump is available with your choice of either a 2” or 3” discharge which will directly coupled using camlocks to the discharge pipe on the rotary skimmers.
